High-Precision PMU
For high-precision value measurements, the SOC Series
provides one High-Precision PMU (HPPMU) per 128 pins
module.
Voltages can be forced and currents measured (voltage
force mode), or currents can be forced and voltages
measured (current force mode). The High Precision PMU
can be connected to any digital channel of the 128 pins
module.

You can connect the High-Precision PMUs with the chan-
nels as shown in the tables below (for the three different
DUT interfaces available with the SOC Series.
